Blogs….the new face of customer service!
I am sure that you have heard of blogs and you may already have one setup and very active. What do you use your blog for? Do you write on it to get things off your chest or maybe to throw your opinion on others? Have you ever considered using your blog as a customer service tool?
This is the new thing with blogs these days. Companies are using them to gain instant feedback from their customers. They do not have to send out emails to customers and wait for the responses, all they have to do is write a blog post and allow their customers to comment on the writings. This has become a new trend that is increasing in many large and small companies. What better way than to get instant feedback from a company decision or certain way that internal policies are handled. Without your customer, you wouldn’t have a company or website. Allowing your customer to have a say in what is going on makes them feel like they matter and it could bring up the website visits or sales depeding on what you are trying to achieve bacause your customers trust you. All because of a little blog!
